Our mission is to encourage and promote the sport of running sled dogs and skijoring, both recreationally and competitively, by providing education on dog care, equipment, and training. Our focus is directed toward the safe and humane use of dogs in harness, good sportsmanship, and camaraderie among those who participate in meetings, demonstrations, gatherings and races.

Welcome
The Pacific Sled Dog and Skijor Association (PSDSA) was formed in 2007 by the merger of the Southern Oregon Sled Dog club and the Cascade Skijoring Alliance.
The Dog Derby was a Great Success!
The Bachelor Butte Dog Derby is a return to racing sled dogs in the Cascade mountains near Bend/Sunriver, Oregon. The event is a trophy race scheduled for March 5-7, 2010 at Wanoga sno-park. This is an opportunity to experience the splendor of the the Cascades and contest one's dog team on world class terrain. The courses will be challenging and the classes offered somewhat nostalgic.
